New Registration
First-Time Users: Click the "Need a Password?" Link on the right of the main page to start registering your account.

Please make sure that all three of the required fields are being entered correctly:
1. Audit ID – This is a 12-character alphanumeric identifier that is unique to you and can be found near the barcode at the top of the letter Mercer recently mailed to your home address.
    • Make sure that letters “O” and “I” are not being confused with numbers “0” and “1”.
    • Make sure that the correct number of zeroes are entered when there are multiple consecutive zeroes in a row.
    • Make sure that the total length of the Audit ID is correct (12 characters).
2. Date of Birth – The date of birth of the recipient to which the letter from Mercer is addressed.
    • Make sure that your date of birth is entered in the format of MM/DD/YYYY, including leading zeroes, for example: 01/01/1970
    • Make sure that your date of birth on file with your employer is correct.
3. CAPTCHA code – The green text displayed in the yellow box.
    • Make sure that the CAPTCHA code is entered correctly.
    • If the CAPTCHA code is entered incorrectly, it will give the error message, “The value you've entered for the image does not match. Please try again.”, in which case, simply try again with the next CAPTCHA code.

Forgotten Password/Locked Out
After an incorrect password has been entered 6 times, your account will become locked and an "Unlock" link will appear above the "Username" field. Click on the "Unlock" link and you will then be prompted to answer all 3 of the security questions you set up during registration. Once you answer all security questions correctly (not case-sensitive), you will be prompted to create a new password and then you will be returned to the login page.

Further Assistance
If any of the following conditions are true, please use the "LIVE CHAT" button on the login page or call the Mercer Call Center number listed on the letter you received in the mail:
    • Your date of birth on file with your employer is wrong and/or was updated recently.
    • Mercer has already mailed a letter to your home address but you no longer have a copy of it.
    • The troubleshooting above has not solved the issue and you require further assistance.
