As part of Lifespan's continued efforts to offer affordable health care to our associates and their eligible dependents, and to ensure compliance with federal regulations, associates who cover one or more dependents in a Lifespan medical plan are required to verify the eligibility of those dependents. Lifespan has engaged Mercer to manage this verification process. Please, verify the eligibility of your dependent(s) by the deadline in the Initial Packet Mercer recently mailed to your home.
